I have a background in Economics, Project Management and Coaching/Personal development (SWPS - Coaching with elements of psychology). I work with individuals who desire to build their professional career, change their occupations regardless of age and become conscious creators of their lives, in both business and personal spheres. I help them elevate various aspects of their existence.
I have nearly 30 years of overall business experience, including 10 years dedicated to developing a German brand in Poland. Over the past decade, I`ve focused on IT project management, delivering various projects in the IT & Fintech sectors. Throughout these endeavors, my focus has always been on the human element, guided by my core values and fueled by my passion for development.
Since 2014, I have been involved with the School of creation. In 2019, driven by my passion, I decided to dedicate myself to assisting individuals and groups in their personal development journeys. By 2021, I had embarked on a professional career as a Coach and later became a Teacher at the School of Creation. I strongly believe in leading a meaningful life and advocate that it`s never too late to initiate changes in aspects of our lives that no longer serve us. Through challenges, this path is immensely exciting and rewarding.
I have always had a genuine interest in people and their stories; understanding who they truly are has been a passion of mine. I love connecting with people! It was 10 years ago, during my first business workshop at the School of Creation that I realized my greatest skill lies in communication and understanding others. Since then, I have been dedicated to pursuing my vision of becoming a Life and Business Coach.
